A tiny figure on a ladder re-pins a star so a constellation becomes a hiking route down to a desert camp.

Travel AI that plans like someone who has run the trip

Nova Adventure turns your operational truth (supplier hours, capacity, pacing, weather and policies) into personalized itineraries that route correctly, book cleanly and re-plan live. We make those trips visible and bookable wherever travelers ask, and keep your people in charge of every decision that matters.

Field noteA plan is a constellation: the stars matter less than the lines you can actually walk between them.

A storm is coming. Watch the day re-plan itself.

A couple on day three of a northern New Mexico trip. At 8:10 PM the evening before, the forecast changes. Here is their day before and after, and the reasoning behind every move. Nothing reached the travelers until their guide approved it.

Forecast update

Thunderstorm cell forecast over the high trails from 1:40 PM, with lightning risk until about 4:30 PM

  1. Moved the exposed overlook to 7:30 AM, the calmest window and well clear of the 1:40 PM storm cell.
  2. Shortened the mesa hike so both walks fit the couple's energy budget and finish off the rim before noon.
  3. Slid the indoor pottery session into the storm window instead of cancelling anything, and moved lunch indoors at the same café.
  4. Left the cooking class and sunset plan untouched. The storm clears in time, so changing them would only be churn.
  5. Drafted notes to the studio and the café, and sent the whole plan to the guide for approval before the couple saw a thing.

Live re-planning

Re-plan the day instead of rebooking the trip

A storm, a closed trailhead, a shuttle stuck behind a rockslide. Most operators still handle these by phone, one supplier at a time, while travelers wait in the lobby. We treat the itinerary as a living plan. When something changes, Route Engine recomputes the day against the same constraints it was built on, Booking Flow drafts the supplier changes, and Concierge tells the travelers, once a person on your team says yes.

  • Only the affected hours move. Confirmed bookings that still work stay put.
  • Every proposed change shows its reasoning, so approval takes seconds instead of a phone tree.
  • Playbooks for your recurring disruptions (monsoon afternoons, fire closures, late arrivals) run the same way every time.
  • Each re-plan is logged: what changed, who approved it, and what it cost.

An accordion-folded paper itinerary refolds itself so an exposed trail panel tucks away from a storm cloud.
Field noteRe-planning is folding, not tearing: the day keeps its shape while the exposed hour moves out of the storm.

AI visibility

Be the lit window when an assistant goes looking

More travelers now ask an AI assistant before they ask a search engine, and assistants recommend what they can read, verify and book. A small inn with a lovely website but no structured availability, vague policies and no agent interface simply doesn't come up. We make independent businesses legible to assistants and bookable by agents, without handing the customer relationship to an intermediary.

  • Structured content and policies that assistants can quote accurately and cite.
  • Live availability exposed through Agent Gateway, our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
  • Agent-safe checkout with spending limits, confirmations and attribution you control.
  • Ongoing measurement of where and how assistants mention you, and what changes it.

How we work

Small bets, measured honestly, then scaled

We don't open with a platform rollout. We open with your real operation and one measurable bet, and we earn the next step.

  1. 01

    Discovery Sprint

    3–4 weeks

We sit with your reservations desk, read a month of inquiry emails and map where the hours actually go. You leave with a ranked opportunity map, a pilot design with a baseline, and a written quote.

  2. 02

    Clean the operational truth

    Start of the pilot

Supplier hours, capacity, policies and content go into one model, with gaps flagged rather than guessed. Most of the eventual quality is decided here.

  3. 03

    Pilot on live trips

    8–12 weeks

One or two modules, one team, real travelers. We measure against the baseline every week and tell you plainly if it isn't working.

  4. 04

    Scale what earned it

    After a go decision

Add modules, channels and integrations on the same data layer. Nothing new goes live without an evaluation set and an off switch.

  5. 05

    Operate and tune

    Ongoing

We watch grounding, latency, cost and override rates, and tune the system as your seasons change.

The storm re-plan was the moment our team stopped calling it 'the AI thing.' It moved one walk, kept our dinner booking, and asked our duty planner before it told the walkers. That last part is why we kept going.

Where we're from

Built in the high desert, where context is everything

We work from Santa Fe, at roughly 7,000 feet, where a July afternoon can turn from blue sky to lightning in under an hour and the detour around a closed road can take most of a morning. It's a good place to learn that a plan is only as good as its assumptions. We bring that habit to every engagement: ask what is actually true today, plan for what's likely, and leave room for what isn't.

  • Monsoon afternoons taught us to model weather exposure, not just weather.
  • Long distances between stops taught us that drive time is a constraint, not a detail.
  • Small, independent businesses taught us that being findable is a matter of survival.
About Nova Adventure
Trail lines on desert hills rise at the horizon and continue as constellation lines into the dusk sky.
Field noteWe build where the ground is honest about distance, altitude and weather, and that honesty ends up in the software.

Bring us one messy week

Tell us about the inquiries, the confirmations and the afternoon it all went sideways. In a 45-minute discovery call we'll tell you where AI would help, where it wouldn't, and what we'd pilot first. No deck, no obligation.
